++RobVOL 0 Posted May 4 Former five-star wide receiver Bru McCoy announced that he’s transferring from USC to Tennessee. This is a move that had been expected, but McCoy’s announcement on Tuesday made it official. McCoy, 6-foot-3/220 lbs, entered the NCAA transfer portal earlier back in January. The Santa Ana, CA native was rated as the No. 9 overall player in the 2019 recruiting class. McCoy redshirted in 2019 at USC (he originally signed at USC, transferred to Texas for spring practice in 2019, then transferred back to USC later that summer). He then played in six games in 2020 (the Trojans only played six games due to the COVID-19 pandemic) and caught 21 passes for 236 yards and two touchdowns.
