Welcome to the CHEVROLET ORANGE & WHITE GAME!

 

Pretty soon the Vols will be playing on Black Lives Matter Field at Coca-Cola Stadium

Should a publicly funded institution really be pimping out the school?  Maybe now they will give the donors a break on the season ticket donations?  Did AD Danny White bring this here?  I know times are tough with decreased ticket sales but wow.

Technically, you are correct.

 

It was sponsored by Dish. Dish is owned by UT's richest alumnus, Charles Ergen. He is also one UT's largest donors. He just keeps in the background, unlike the Haslams. Same with UT alumnus, Min Kao, co-founder of Garmin.

 

This is the first time UT has ever whored to the highest outside corporate bidder.

 

We have always "kept it in the family" with Dish, Pilot, etc. sponsorships. 

 

Not anymore.
