I thought this would be a good time for everyone to start thinking about next year and now that the bad taste is out of most of everyone's mouths from the Kentucky loss, how many wins will it take for you to feel this team is going in the right direction and also how many does it take for most of you to keep Dooley?

Tennessee LB A.J. Johnson has been selected as a first team Freshman All-American by three media outlets (Phil Steele, The Sporting News and FoxSports), while offensive guard Marcus Jackson joins him on Phil Steele's first team. Additionally, linebacker Curt Maggitt and defensive back Brian Randolph were named to the Phil Steele Freshman All-American third team.

One more thing to add to everyone who is riding on the hopes that year 3 will be the year, if these accusations are true do you really want someone like Bray running this team on offense? I mean we all know he has the skills but unstable in discipline might cause more issues next year. The one thing that is worse than limited depth, lack of recruiting and even bad play calling on a team and will cause it to fall apart is resentment and anger within the team itself. I played on a smaller level but in my years I have seen what this can do on a team and even in my work life experiences. You can overcome lack of depth and some bad calls during a season when you have strong leadership and team unity. When that goes away nothing else will be successful. It doesn't matter if you have a team full of 5 star players.

I know everyone saw this pathetic performance against a 3rd string WR as a QB. The streak is gone. The love for Dooley is gone. Tennessee football has fallen into the SEC cellar. So the question is after this performance should Derek Dooley even be given another year? This is NOT TENNESSEE FOOTBALL.

So here is the place to vote and place your opinions.

All thoughts are welcome. I gave you the option to voice your opinion. You can think you like him but think he might be over his head or you can say YES get rid of of him.
