Thank you. the only extra money generated are those LSU/NATIONAL CHAMPS tshirts and hats....UT doesnt see a dime of it

No...Only bowl payout money is split...the schools get to keep whatever revenue the get from licenced products

Teams get the normal 30% of whatever revenues and the rest is given to the SEC to split with the office and the other 11 schools.

Let me also add that the SEC has a contract with ESPN to be the 2nd carrier of SEC games. If CBS passes on a game, then the SEC has paid to get I think 2 or 3 games per weekend. JP/LF has the 3rd.
