Texas A&M softball rallies to beat Vols, advances to CWS
Sad to see it end and they Ladies played well to get this far. Just left too many on base and too many errors in this series. Still great season no one expected.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Texas A&M softball rallied from a 3-run deficit for the second time in as many days to beat Tennessee and eliminate the Lady Vols in the NCAA Super Regionals.
The No. 9-seed Aggies (47-11) advance to the Women’s College World Series for the first time since 2008 and will play No. 1-seed Florida on Thursday at a time yet to be announced.
LSU defeated Florida State 6-4 on Sunday, giving the SEC three teams in the eight-team field in Oklahoma City.
Tennessee, the No. 8 seed, ends its season 48-12, falling disappointedly short of what would have been the program’s eighth trip to the WCWS after winning Friday’s game 8-1.
The Lady Vols dropped Saturday’s game 6-5 after leading 4-1.
Sunday’s action brought more of the same before a Lee Stadium record crowd of 2,459
